Methods of Payment:
We use PayPal for safe and secure payments! Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal Bank for on-line purchases.
Personal checks may be used for orders that are mailed to us. We're sorry we do not accept COD orders.

Shipping and Order Confirmation:
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 working days. We offer low shipping rates determined by quantity.
Domestic shipping rates can be viewed before checkout is complete through Paypal. International shipping rates can be quoted on request . When we receive your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation. When your order is shipped notification will
be sent. Domestic orders will have a shipping tracking number.

Return policy:
Our products are made with pride and we take the utmost care to ensure quality.
Each item is put through a final inspection right before it goes into the packaging.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item your claim must be received within 10
days from the day you received your order.
First notify us at customercare@prettyanntoinets.com. After you notify, us send the item back in its original condition, never worn and never washed and we will replace the item with one of equal value, with no additional cost to you. Sorry, no cash refunds.
